After looking at models and negotiating a bottom-line price, the total lease price was higher than what we agreed to False statements about the price. The salesperson added fees without telling me hoping that I will accept them without question. The salesperson and manager did not honor the original agreed-upon price. Financing fraud. When processing my lease application, the dishonest dealer claims that my credit score was too low to qualify for lower lease and tried to convince me to agree to unfavorable terms. More

Frank was my salesman and never took more that 30 min. to return a call, text, email etc. The car was ordered shipped and delivered within 3 weeks. There was a lot of back-and-forth regard the final price and payment, which really didn't have anything to do with Emily as it was haggling that involved the finance team. And even then she worked very hard to get us to a resolution. I negotiate VERY hard with auto dealers and Route 23 Kia was not only up to the challenge, but, made me happy in the end.
