ABUSIVE employee behavior towards customer Saw a used HONDA for sale advertised for $14.9K. After the ridiculous fees the cost came out to be $21,9K. Got passed the initial shock and began nego Saw a used HONDA for sale advertised for $14.9K. After the ridiculous fees the cost came out to be $21,9K. Got passed the initial shock and began negotiating in good faith. We were between $18.9K and $18K. I went to the used car salesman Sergio - I thought was agreed on $18.5K. He then came to where my daughter and wife were sitting and said Steven, his manager, said $18.9K final. I went to clarify the conversation and Steven yelled "GET OUT OF HERE, I DON"T WANT YOUR BUSINESS." My wife and daughter walked out and Sergio decided to put his hands on me to PHYSICALLY usher me out the door ---- WOW, never experienced this before. As I left, Sergio yelled out the door, "GET IN THE BACK OF YOUR CAR and GET OUT OF HERE." Big mistake going to Kia on Route 23. Next time if I want this kind of experience I'll join the MMA. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I should add.... just before I wrote this I called the dealership to express my displeasure. I spoke to a wonderful person named Annette. Very friendly and seemed sincerely interested in discussing. After describing my nightmare experience, she went to the manager - who apparently was the Steven who yelled "I don't want your business." She said that Steven still does not want my business and has no comment on the abusive behavior. ---- STEVEN - Please don't misconstrue my intent of the call. I DO NOT WANT to do business with Route 23 KIA. I DO NOT WANT your used HONDA. More

Danny was our sales representative and was very professional and well educated in his po I recently entered route 23 Kia to look for cars for my son. Danny was our sales representative and was very professional and well educated in his position. He helped us find what we were looking for and my son walked out with a 2020 Kia Sportage. The process was quick and thorough. Danny did such a great job that I ended up turning my Kia Optima in for a new one. He worked hard to meet my needs. I highly recommend this dealership. Liars, Jerks, and Time Wasters Avoid at all costs!!!!! I would give zero stars if possible. Completely unprofessional from start to finish. "Ashley" the internet sales rep never Avoid at all costs!!!!! I would give zero stars if possible. Completely unprofessional from start to finish. "Ashley" the internet sales rep never responded in over 24 hours to both a text and a voicemail. Advertised "internet price" was not honored. Sale price was 5k more than advertised. "Special Finance Manager" was rude, condescending, and never once listened to my price parameters. Took a deposit that I didn't need to put down since I had pre-approval from a lender before walking in. Made me switch my car insurance when they couldn't even close the deal at the correct price. Even after telling them my maximum budget and giving them a second chance they showed me cars that would not work for my budget. Completely wasted my day off. They just tell lies or hope people are so desperate for a vehicle that they will take whatever terrible rip-off of a deal they present to them. Absolutely terrible, and not how a business should be run. More

When back and forth with the manager who also tried to scam me and didn't want to return my money. Went as far as leaving the dealership I'm making me wait 45 minutes before returning my money. Worst experience ever. More
