Liars, Jerks, and Time Wasters Avoid at all costs!!!!! I would give zero stars if possible. Completely unprofessional from start to finish. "Ashley" the internet sales rep never responded in over 24 hours to both a text and a voicemail. Advertised "internet price" was not honored. Sale price was 5k more than advertised. "Special Finance Manager" was rude, condescending, and never once listened to my price parameters. Took a deposit that I didn't need to put down since I had pre-approval from a lender before walking in. Made me switch my car insurance when they couldn't even close the deal at the correct price. Even after telling them my maximum budget and giving them a second chance they showed me cars that would not work for my budget. Completely wasted my day off. They just tell lies or hope people are so desperate for a vehicle that they will take whatever terrible rip-off of a deal they present to them. Absolutely terrible, and not how a business should be run. More

When back and forth with the manager who also tried to scam me and didn't want to return my money. Went as far as leaving the dealership I'm making me wait 45 minutes before returning my money. Worst experience ever. More

I originally filed a complaint regarding the t Route 23 Kia Let me tell you about my experience with trying to buy the Kia Telluride from your dealer. I originally filed a complaint regarding the treatment at your dealership in April. I was contacted by Marcos the manager and assured a better experience assurance that I would not be paying over MSRP. I went down and dealt with Rosario, who made a deal and agreed on pricing with me and gave a $1200 deposit. Fast forward the waiting game ensued. SX Prestige models came in and I was told mine would be there. Until I realized that my vehicle was in fact not ordered. Marcos suddenly wasn’t as friendly and very dismissive, vehicle promises came and left. There had been a car that was “sold” but the gentleman was out of town and so this is where the newest part of the Saga began. I received a call from Rosario’s team who told me that the person with whom they were selling a Telluride Prestige yo was “away” and they didn’t want to wait for him to sell the car. The only issue that I came across is that the original deal we agreed upon suddenly became a request for me to pay an extra $2,000 for the car because as he put it “you see everyone is trying to get this car”. I explained that since we already had a deal in place it would make sense for them to honor our original deal as I had already put down a deposit. His response “I’m not going to sell you a car for less than I already sold it for with the markup”. When I explained I didn’t want to pay $3000 more he corrected me and said “oh it’s not $3,000 more it’s like $2,000 more” and explained that in order to honor our deal I’d have to wait for a car to come in the future (I thought having my money in the dealership solidified out agreement). I later explained that I was not interested in paying more that what we agreed upon to which he responded “out of respect” that they gave me the first opportunity to buy the car (for more than we originally agreed upon mind you) Kia Motors America These are the types of scenarios that people who are potential new buyers of your brand are being put through in order to drive one of your cars. Do you think this is ethical business? Are these the types of behaviors you stand by? If so I may have to rethink my interest in the Kia Motors brand. Update: I have received a refund on my deposit by the sales Manager who said that they are not Interested in my business. When I asked what the escalation path was to discuss my dissatisfaction, he suggested that I “Stop throwing people under the bus” and I should figure it out and hung up on me. Super professional... Less than helpful Service and Parts Departments 1 - No phone call to confirm online appointment that required parts and a call-back 2 - After calling Service a couple days after not hearing f 1 - No phone call to confirm online appointment that required parts and a call-back 2 - After calling Service a couple days after not hearing from Route 23 Kia, I spoke with a Service person and explained the service required (new keys & remotes). I was told that I would be called back in 10 - 15 minutes as they would be checking of the parts were in-stock. There was never a call back after waiting by the phone. 3 - I called several hours later after not hearing from Service. I was then transferred to Parts, even though it was my understanding that Service would be handling everything. I spoke to a somewhat abrupt and rude person that informed me that they could not order the parts unless I was physically there to show proof-of-ownership. I explained that I could provide this when I come for my Service appointment to have everything programmed, etc. As the parts would be in the possession of Route 23 Kia the whole time, I asked why I would need to travel there twice and lose time from my job. They had no logical response. My advice.....cars, service, and parts are expensive. Save yourself time and aggravation and find a cooperative dealer that is willing to actually WORK for your money and be HELPFUL. I contact Kia directly and they were unable to help in any way. It seems they have ZERO authority over their dealers. Based on that, perhaps consider purchasing from a brand other than KIA. More

He didn’t care about me buying car , his rudeness was so unprofessional. we’ve had issues since then horn didn’t work took it back they kept truck for 1 week didn’t fixed had to take it back for another week. Now it’s been 2 months and i can’t get license plates. No one there knows why.. Spoke to Rosario one of the managers and was told he would get back to me and didn’t call me. Now they gave me some excuse that i’m not buying. Reporting them to BBB. More

I know this because She had to use my social to pay her car loan. 2. Her old finance company called and said she is two months late. She told them she turned car in on April 20th 3. No calls were made to the old finance company from Kia. And the other car is still in kias lot Furious. Do not Go to that location for anything I have been making calls to them for a return call and it’s been 2 weeks. No call from Danny the salesman or the sales manager Dominick. More

Went back because my lease was almost over s I was a Kia leaser for almost 4 years I had a 2016 serento was paying $399.99 with a xxxxty credit score. Went back because my lease was almost over so went back to get a new one with a better credit score. I was put in a smaller car with a higher payment wasn’t able to pick my yearly mileage, wasn’t able to pick 3 or 4 year plan to lease wasn’t able to pick if I wanted new plates. I will call the better business bureau becuase of some shady practices this will not go unnoticed. I never been so disappointed that Kia let this type of stuff happen to the consume. More

They have folks give pricing from their “Internet Team” in writing and then fail to honor what they have sent. I called one Manager Joey to discuss and he stated he would work on honoring the price. It’s been about 2 weeks with no answer. I spoke to the “Sales Manager” Dominic today and it was the best sales interaction I’ve ever experience (I say that sarcastically). His words and I quote “The Telluride sells itself. I made a deal for $16,000 yesterday and $11,000 the day before. I don’t mean to be direct but I could care less if I sell you a car.” That’s a great way to address a potential client who is trying to do business with your dealership. Since the motive is clear I could only imagine how other customers are treated. Once I told him I would be reporting this on Dealer Rater, he immediately hung up the phone on me.
