We apologize you feel you were treated in a disrespectful manner, the conversation you overheard is not a reflection of our dealership nor is it on the Kia brand. There were multiple conversation going on at the same time your sales associate, Rosa, was at our sales manager's desk, and what they were laughing and applauding about was the fact that another employee found out that his wife was pregnant. No one was laughing at you nor did anyone call you a child. We apologize if you feel you were mistreated and are under the assumption that anyone of our staff members were talking about you in a negative manner, but we believe you misheard a a different conversation. Another false statement!!! I called a few dealers with online pricing and questioned them. And their answer was “ONLINE PRICE IS SALE PRICE” if a different price is stated at the dealer it is considered “FALSE ADVERTISEMENT “ A family member just purchased a car from a Honda dealer showed the price online and was honored with the online pricing! This dealer is a big SCAM! Please DON’T BE FOOLED!

Jey, We apologize if you feel you had a bad experience here at Route 23 Kia, and that you feel the original price of the vehicle you were interested in was different from the final price. As we mentioned earlier there are multiple fees and taxes that are not included in the advertised price of the vehicle and are required by law to be collected by the dealership at the time of sale. These additional costs are then paid on your behalf by the dealership to the state of New Jersey. We are 100% transparent with our advertised prices and we apologize that you did not know these fees were not included in the advertised price, but these fees are disclosed on every used vehicle page on our website so customers know what else is required. This adverting practice is common by not only dealerships but by all major retailers such as Amazon, who only advertises the price of the product a customer will pay for the product and anything additional such as sales tax and shipping is extra and must be paid up front, in order for you to receive your purchase. You always have the option of not paying these fees to the dealership and paying them personally, however you would not be able to take the car off the lot or register it without them being paid in full at motor vehicle agency. We provide you with the option of including them in on your monthly payment so you don’t have to come out of pocket with any additional money.
