Awful dealership to deal with. In this COVID-19 era, an appointment was made for me with a salesperson and I traveled 40 miles to the dealership. Arrived on time and no one was available to converse with re a lease on a vehicle. Then someone 10 minutes later comes out and tells me my car was sold to another. Since I had not yet discussed a specific vehicle prior, I realized what a scam dealership this is. Got in my vehicle and drove off after being called "rude" by one of their salespeople for ignoring his plea to stay in place. I only do business with honest staff and dealers. This unfortunately isn't such a dealership! More
I never leave 1 star reviews but Ashley bent over backwards to deserve it. She was very rude to me twice over the phone. She told me the first time that she will find a salesperson to give me a video walkthrough and that they are super busy, and yes she didn’t PROMISE on a legally binding paper with wax stamps that a walkthrough will be given but she said she will try to find a salesperson. No call back for at least 4 days. I called her again today and she started barking back about how short staffed they are and how POPULAR the truck is. The truck in question has been on the lot for almost a year. Has been reduced by almost $10k - that’s how “popular” it is. I can count on one finger how many people are interested in the truck right now. She had the audacity to tell me - despite me telling to be calm - to go buy a truck in Virginia and that she’s not “going to bend over backwards for someone who might not even buy the truck”. I understand everyone is stressed out, but it’s pretty much standard practice during covid-19 to do virtual walkthroughs NATIONWIDE! You’re not bending over backwards Ashley but if you spent a little time being nicer, people might just buy your cars! God Bless you and hope your stress levels go down. I’m happy to recommend a few doctors and some sales courses near you. More
Worst dealership ever! They lie to you. Give you quotes and then lie about what they said even when you have it in writing. Sales people are horrible and cant even do basic math. Dishonest cover up After waiting 5 hours for my vehicle to be repaired my vehicle was accidentally damaged by another vehicle during the time of service. After being told that it was caused from a shopping cart their story changed and attempted to provide me with false information by cutting 2 and a half hours of video footage from a cell phone. The purpose of the video is for authority to view NOT ME. Have someone else with proper authority view the continuous 5 hour video of service and then tell me if my vehicle was damaged there at the time to witness the cover up! When does your car dealership ask for your money one hour in advance after being a customer for 6 years and be asked if my check was going to bounce or not? In fact the incident where I lambasted the clowns should be on video as well when they expected me to watch the same 5 hour experience from a cell phone I already had 3 days prior....just watch the video and you tell me if my vehicle was damaged there or not. More

Recently purchased the 2021 Kia Seltos! My experience from start to finish took maybe 2 hrs if that! Kamille is Amazing! Walked me through it all! No pushy sales! Awesome!!!
