Made appointment for 30K mile service. Promised a loaner by sales manager. Dropped off car, no loaner available. Service guy had no idea of any loaner reservation. Told me to wait and they can do the job right there so I would be out in an hour. Told them that was kind of a rush job for a 30K service. They assured me everything would be fine. About 1.5 hours later car ready. Left dealer and made U-turn on RT 23 North at which point the car began overheating. Dash light on, and warning sound alerted. I was in left lane, had to cut over two lanes, accidentally cut off a pickup who almost slammed into me in order to pull into the gas station, across from Kia of Riverdale (totally my fault, but that's what happens when panic sets in and it feels like your car is going to shut down on the highway). Tech drove over and fixed the problem. End result, due to the service being rushed, the tech failed to ensure that there was no air in the cooling system (at least that's what he told me). I completely had to rearrange my evening with shuffling kids to practice and putting my wife in a bind. Sales manager apologized for the "little hiccup". More

He and Kelly couldn't have been more professional in answering all our questions. When we ran into little bumps in the road, Mustafa was creative in making the problems disappear. Avoid this dealer. I leased a new Kia Sorento, we agreed upon a price I put down a deposit and then after the fact the finance manager comes out and ask for for more money out of pocket. I told him no way we had an agreement and he stormed back in his office and finally adjust the price to our original agreed-upon deal. Upon delivery of the car they never remove the plastic coverings off of the console, the car was still in shipping mode and I have to bring it to another Kia dealer to have them reset it for me. There was also a small ding on the door that was brought to their attention, they said they were closing but to bring it back the following day and they would take care of it for me. I Called the next day and they acted as if they didn't even know who I was. I found them to be very shady, and would not buy a car from them again. More
