I had a very bad experience trying to purchase a Corvette from this dealership. I drove up twice (a 4 hour round trip for me), to view the car, test drive it and work out details. Our last words were that the dealership would take care of a few details and issues, and they would drive the car down to me and pick up my trade and a check for the remaining balance. We waited a couple of days and tried to call them. Nobody was returning our calls, and finally someone answered the phone and told us that they sold the car that we were waiting for!! If I rate this dealership with NO STARS, I would! Don't waste your time. They promise things that they can't or won't deliver. Very deceptive, dishonest and misleading. More

So after 2yrs the warranty will be over and im still going to be paying for it. This car i bought 2015 porsche they made me sign a paper saying they did. All this work to it but didnt. I had to pay over 6,000 out of pocket for new tires, new compressor for the air suspension, new brake sensors and an actuator for the rear left muffler flap. Stay away. I am in the process of reporting them to the attorney general. More

Contacted earlier in the week for the 2019 mustang that they had and set up a time to go since they are 1.5 hour drive from me. They confirmed this morning with me that my appointment was at noon. I show up and the person I was in contact wasn't there and wasn't prepared for me. Car wasn't out front ready for me. Salesman was polite but immediately tried to make a deal on the car without having it ready for me to check out. Gave me bad vibes like they where trying to play games with me and also tacked on 3k in accessories that wasn't advertised online onto the price. Car is priced little high so wanted to strike a deal but decided to dismiss me so I walked out. Down 3 hours of my day for a car that I never got to see and shady deals. Had intent of buying the car but this place gave off bad vibes. More

That being said the vehicle needs appx $4000.00 in repairs front struts $2500.00 , rear brake rotors were roted and they replaced brake pads and not the roted brake rotors $500.00 alson found the windshield washer resover had holes in it and needed replacement $250.00 and and other mis maintenance appx another $1100.00. when you call the dealer and ask to speak with someone the transferred me around then to there ext warranty company. I spoke with my salesman and salesmanger today lets see what they will do adout this. Update called the number for customer service and no one has gotten back to me as they said they wood. I called the dealer and waiting to here back from them as well 12.27.23, I called again 12.28.23 and still waiting for a call back and FYI, the GM I've been told is no longer there. 1.5.24 still haven't heard from anyone in reference to this, Nice to know what kind of place the run there. I've been in touch with Kia customer service and waiting to hear back from them as well. More

if u are buying preowned car, think twice before going here, I bought pre owned truck in Nov 2023, the price we negotiated with dealership including taxes and registration and other fees, we get the truck here, I bought pre owned truck in Nov 2023, the price we negotiated with dealership including taxes and registration and other fees, we get the truck delivered at my house, they put couple of thousands extra on the papers, when I was signing, I am glad I looked at them, I told the driver the take the truck back, then he called them at made dealership drop those extra charges, so I signed all docs, but before the driver left, I wanted to look at the truck, finally I found air sensor lights was on, brake light was on, only 1 key was Gaven to me, I was told by driver to call dealership on monday and they will address these issues, but no one did after 3 attempts from me, I could have gone back but was 3 hrs drive, I decided to take truck to local Mecanic and he charged me $467.00 to fix those issue and I made second key for $97.00. besides these my temporary registration expired I was told I would my new tags in mail before it expires, its Dec 30, 2023 today, I still haven't received them, I left messages with them in last 4 days. I haven't heard back. More
