!!!!!!!Buyers Beware!!!!!! Don’t walk but RUN from this dealership. They will try to make you run your Credit just to test drive a USED car. If they had zero or negative stats, this stealership deserves it dealership. They will try to make you run your Credit just to test drive a USED car. If they had zero or negative stats, this stealership deserves it. This is my full unbiased review of my weekend visit to this dealership. I go in on a Saturday afternoon. It’s pretty busy at this time. They have me check in at the desk because I didn’t have an appointment. I then went to the waiting area. Over all, the dealership seems clean and inviting. The bathroom were clean and their hot chocolate machine was working. I helped myself with a cup. They introduced me to a sales representative and sat in his desk. Once they learned what vehicle I was interested in (Lamborghini Urus), they quickly switch the sales Representative and brought me to an office in the back away from everyone where there was also a camera looking at me. That was my first red flag. After speaking with Henry Lopez Rodriguez (newly assigned sales Representative), I asked to see the vehicle and he goes to pull it out and park it in the front. I check out the vehicle. Like any used car, it had imperfections and broken/missing parts that included the hood release lever so I couldn’t even inspect the engine. I finally asked, because I wasn’t offered, for a test drive. Henry take me back inside and ask me to hang out for a bit. A few minutes later, he informs me that the manager needs for me to fill out a credit application and run my credit so I could get approved to “test drive” the vehicle. I quickly said absolutely not. You run my credit, I test drive and don’t like the vehicle, and I leave with a hard pull on my credit report with nothing to show for it. Mind you, there were people taking test drives with just their drivers license. I guess I didn’t have the proper “LOOK” for this dealership. As I get up to leave, one of the sales managers, Mustafa Ramadan tried to explain why I need to run my credit for a test drive. Some xx excuse that someone else wrecked a car during a test drive. That’s what insurance is for buddy. Then he starts interrogating me and ask questions about my finances, how long I had a house for, if I own other cars. All this for a test drive, I could only imagine what loops I have to go through for a vehicle loan. After he saw that I was upset and threatened to leave a negative review, he said we would allow me to test drive the vehicle based on my answers. Nope sorry, I don’t want to test drive this vehicle anymore nor want to do business with this dealership. I then left the dealership and never looked back. I wonder if upper management knows the business practices that goes on with the potential customers who don’t have the right “look”. I would definitely stay away from the awful dealership. Any dealership who tell you that you need to run your credit to test drive a vehicle are dead wrong. Never again. You guys have been warned. More
This dealership really cares about their customers. I was in a market for a used sports coupe and the guys at Kia Riverdale were able to go above and beyond to find the car of my dreams. I was very interested in a vehicle they had there and they were very responsive in getting back to me. They were, however, very evasive in telling me what their "documentation" and other fees are. After they were very responsive in getting back to me. They were, however, very evasive in telling me what their "documentation" and other fees are. After reading many very negative and recent reviews about them, that they advertise low prices and then tack on thousands of dollars in non-waiverable "non-goverment" fees, what ever the heck that means, I decided to look for a vehicle elsewhere.
