Everyone be very careful on the car that you are buying. ESPECIALLY the cars in the exotic price range. I drove all the way from Maryland to check out the 2016 M4 GTS with a MSRP of $130,000. (not even on t ESPECIALLY the cars in the exotic price range. I drove all the way from Maryland to check out the 2016 M4 GTS with a MSRP of $130,000. (not even on the cheaper side of the market). Daniel (my salesman) did a great job at talking to me about the car and guding me throughout the process. The issue is with management.The dealership told me that the car was in inmacculate condition and serviced at BMW. So I went ahead and purchased the car. Everything went will until the drive back home to Maryland. The car went into limp mode and I have to get it towed to a BMW dealership. I found out that first the car was modified (when the dealership has told me the car was not) and that there was a few other issues with the engine , The BMW dealership ended up telling me I need $1600 dollars of repairs. The worst part is I communicated with my salesman Daniel about it to relay the information to David the general manager to see what we can do to rectify the situation. I've contacted David directly as well but recieved no response back despite numerous attempts to contact him or any upper management. With that kind of after sale service, I'd be very careful about buying any car that is not brand new at that. Buying used cars is a trusting process with the dealership and I believe this dealership is not one of them that you should trust especially with anything in the exotic or in the used department as you are on your own the moment you walk out with the vehicle. I've also tried contacting the customer service number but they will simply transfer you back to the salesman and not the manager. More
