I have had my Kia for over 4 years and have not and will not have it serviced anywhere else. The staff are friendly, the quality of advice and workmanship is outstanding. After a not so satisfying trip to Renton Kia, I drove to Puyallup with my trade-in car. I drove home with a new Kia Soul and I've been very pleased ever since. Zach and Justin helped with all the obstacles Puyallup with my trade-in car. I drove home with a new Kia Soul and I've been very pleased ever since. I love this dealership! They allowed me to bring my dog into the waiting room and everyone was stumbling over her. Also they made a quote over the phone to replace something and it took much longer than th into the waiting room and everyone was stumbling over her. Whenever I make a service appointment, I am scheduled within the week. When I arrive I am helped promptly by the friendlies staff. My problem was my tire pressure. The tires should be 32, they were 24. My tires had recently been rotated so pressure should have been checked. Service Center staff were fast, efficient, and very courteous. The friendly technicians had my car done very quickly and washed it afterwards. I have dealt with the service department twice since I bought my Kia. The first time for a dash light the second for an oil change. They are always helpful and polite. After I was there the last time I ha bought my Kia. The first time for a dash light the second for an oil change. They are always helpful and polite. After I was there the last time I had an additional question, which I emailed to them and the service manager called my phone within an hour to give me more information. I came in for an appt to service my Kia Sportage. I was getting an oil change. So nothing fancy. I always go in on Saturdays but this time I got a Friday morning appt. Even though I was second in line, the lady behind the counter practically ignored me. She helped another person ahead of me, who had come in after me. I finally had to butt in to ask for help. She said she would be right with me and to have a seat. 30 mins later, when she appeared to be free. I went back to desk. She then filled out my paper work. She never smiled, she never apologized for the wait. Dont get me wrong, I love the service people at Kia of Puyallup. I will just never go there on a Friday again. I know the guys who work there behind the desk on the weekends. and they are always friendly and helpful. back to Saturdays for me. More
