In a downward spiral We have been using this dealership and two others because we travel. Have purchased 3 Kia Vans over the years. They started out very professionally. Today I went in and the unprofessionalism was evident in many ways. The intake service tech had pierced eyebrows and reeked of smoke. When asked about some services, she was short and not helpful. My car is new with only 20,000 miles, and a PLATINUM Warranty which cost about 2k. In spite of this, they were able to find several items wrong with the vehicle, one of which was bad rotors......really? I called my dealer in Charleston (who has a 5 star rating), and will be having my vehicle serviced there. If I can just help one person avoid this dealership, my effort in writing this review will be worth it. More

Tired of wasting my time After two years of regular maintenance, I won't be returning to Kia of Orange Park. In the past two months, I've visited 4 times and waited at least 3 After two years of regular maintenance, I won't be returning to Kia of Orange Park. In the past two months, I've visited 4 times and waited at least 3 hours each time. Quick summary: Visit #1 occurred in mid-June 2016. While driving, my steering wheel locked up and my car died. I immediately scheduled a service appointment. In addition to having this issue looked at, I got an oil change and new tires. No one could determine what caused my car to die. I waited about 4 hours. Visit #2 occurred 4 days later when my car died two more times. I took it in, and after waiting for 3.5 hours, no diagnosis was made. Kia then kept my car overnight for TWO nights, but was still unable to find the issue. Each day, I was promised that someone would call and give me updates, but I had to call and reach out myself. Kia had my car for over 42 hours this time, and I still had no explanation. Visit #3 occurred a month later when my check engine light came on. After waiting 3 hours, a diagnosis was made, but since it was a special order part, I had to come back to have the repair. Visit #4 occurred a few days later when the repair was done. The day prior to the appointment, my TPMS sensor came on. I mentioned it to the device guys when I brought it in because I'd just bought new tires. I was told that the drop in pressure was just due to the extreme heat. Air was added, and I drove away hopeful. My TPMS sensor was on the next day. Within 10 seconds of examination, I found a nail in my tire. How was this missed? I no longer feel comfortable visit Kia of Orange Park. More
Customer service I scheduled a appointment for 6/17 at noon to utilize my warranty for interior cleaning. This is the second time i utilized it the first time was awesome in and out within an hour. My wife has been there for over 4 hours today and it is still not complete. We have been told that its taking longer cause they keep stopping to clean other cars they just sold. I then requested to file a complaint and asked the name of the service advisor but the lady who was watching her desk while she was at lunch said she did not know her name. I was actually in the market to upgrading one of my cars in a few weeks and decided i will go somewhere else now due to the horrible customer service here. Also when i kept asking whom i file a complaint with they just keep asking me what was wrong and would not point me in the direction of whom to talk to. I ended up filing a complaint with the better business bureau and opted in to talk to the media regatding it also. More

DO NOT BUY A KIA! I purchased my car in November of 2014, and I've had nothing but issues. I purchased a brand new car so that I did not have issues with my vehicle, bu I purchased my car in November of 2014, and I've had nothing but issues. I purchased a brand new car so that I did not have issues with my vehicle, but of course, I did. To start, my car was lagging and not wanting to accelerate. I took it into service and was told that they could not diagnose the issue, as the problem did not duplicate. So I picked up the car, and of course, the issue occurred once again. As I was driving it to Kia for it be serviced, my car completely shut off on me in the middle of Blanding Blvd. After being without my car for every bit of a week, I was told my fuel pump needed replacing. The fuel pump was then replaced, and not even a week after picking up my car, the same issue occurred. I dropped my vehicle off at Kia once again and they informed me that my fuel injectors were clogged and needed to be cleaned out. This repair was completed and I picked the vehicle up on a Friday afternoon. Saturday, Mid-day, the car started lagging and not wanting to accelerate once again. Called Kia and Tamera (service manager) advised me that I would have to pay $600+ to have my entire fuel system cleaned out. I called Corporate and Sara advised me that I was putting the wrong type of fuel in my vehicle, that I needed to refer to my owners manual, which I did. My owners manual specifically stated that I needed to use 87+ octane fuel. GAS STATIONS DO NOT SELL LOWER THAN 87 OCTANE FUEL. I have been accused of things that are completely irrelevant to the issue that I am having my car, as it was stated that I am using the wrong type of fuel for my car. I have been treated with complete disrespect and my intelligence is being questioned. Mangers say they will call you back, and never call back. I do not agree with the way Kia runs their dealership, and I am ready to drop my car off to them so that they can deal with this vehicle, as all it has been is a complete headache. This vehicle is not a safe vehicle for my family, and that is the main reason for buying a new vehicle. I knew that I would have peace and security knowing that I had a new reliable vehicle with no issues, and that is by far the case. More
Warranty issues not at all taken care of I reported a warranty issue on 12-11-2014 and tried to get it resolved ever since, without success. Service center MUCH better than sales guys! I just bought my 2nd Kia (from a different dealership) but with my first kia, OP did all the service to it and I had one bad experience with them and I just bought my 2nd Kia (from a different dealership) but with my first kia, OP did all the service to it and I had one bad experience with them and they quickly and kindly fixed the issue no questions asked. The service department has always been wonderful and I definately recommend the service department, just not the sales department! More
I had a Malfunction Indicator Light (MIL) on in my 2014 KIA Forte. Brought it in without and an appointment and the wait time was very reasonable.
