I took my 2014 Kia Sorento in for service at Kia of Orange Park. I wanted four new tires installed and one rim replaced. During at least two phone calls I told the Service Advisor I wanted one of the Orange Park. I wanted four new tires installed and one rim replaced. During at least two phone calls I told the Service Advisor I wanted one of the tires being remove to be placed on the rim that was being replaced. I was less than satisfied with service for several reasons: 1) They would not honor the tire priced on their web site. The tires were advertised $193.88 and if you bought three, the fourth one was a $1.00 for a total of $599.54 fully installed. Bryan told me they wouldn’t honor the web price because it was wrong. A reputable dealer would have honored the price since it was on their web site and their mistake. 2) When the order was first placed, the service writer added and oil & filter change, something I had not asked for. I caught that and told him to take it off as the oil had been changed recently. 3) When I picked up my vehicle one of the tires they had removed was in back of the vehicle, but not the rim. They had to take it back to the shop and put the tire on the rim. 4) Of the four tires the installed, only had a valve stem cap on it. Again, back to the shop to complete the work. For any future work I will have it done at the same place I have my Chevy truck serviced. Added Oct 21, 2020: Kia of Orange park gave me a partial refund for which I respect them. I have adjusted my rating accordingly. More
I got my car there and i wouldn’t take it any other place to get it serviced. Ashley McLaughlin is the only person in service there that i deal with, if she is not there i will leave and come back when she i to get it serviced. Avoid this dealership at ALL COSTS!!!! My 80 year old in-laws bought a car from these shiesters, with one of the MAIN SELLING POINTS being their famous 5 year, 100,000 mile BUMPER TO BUMPER warranty. 201 in-laws bought a car from these shiesters, with one of the MAIN SELLING POINTS being their famous 5 year, 100,000 mile BUMPER TO BUMPER warranty. 2015 Kia Soul, less than 5 years and only 18K mileage on the car. Their car needed a simple brake pad replacement. I called the dealership to ensure that it was covered under the warranty. The drone on the phone replied only service managers could discuss warranty terms, and pushed for my in-laws to go down there to discuss. I said it was a pretty straightforward question, also stating I did not want my in-laws driving a car with a brake pad scraping a rotor. The "service" rep said he would have a service manager call myself or my wife to answer it. THEY NEVER DID. My in-laws weren't able to wait for the supposed manager to call, as they needed their car, so they took it down to the dealership. There they were promptly told that their "bumper to bumper" warranty did not cover the brakes, and were charged $500 to fix them. 80 year olds, and they were rooked royally!!! STAY AWAY!!! More

The first time they sent me home saying “We aren’t sure what’s wrong, but it’s not doing it now.” And today I bring it in, they have me sit here for almost 3 hours and tell me that they ordered a part and well put you on a loaner. “Loaner” means go to Enterprise and rent a car that’s not even comparable to a Niro. Terrible service!!!! More

New Management, Old Problems I spent 15 minutes trying to schedule a a service appointment online. Didn't work. I tried the chat. The rep promised that a member of the service team would contact me shortly. 24 hours later - no contact. I called. Spent 15 minutes on the phone, was connected to 4 different people. Got an appointment, but NO ONE could tell me the specific service I was scheduled for. Was promised (again) that someone would call me shortly. So far (again), no contact. The kicker? Most of my time on the phone was spent on hold, listening to bad music AND advertisements claiming they were under new management and their customer service was greatly improved. I love my Kia, except when it's time to have something done. More
