Jerome provided great customer service with my new car purchase. Everything transparent in the cost of the vehicle I was buying and was up front with what I was signing. I recently purchased a New car from kia of north Austin and had a fantastic experience. This will be my third time buying from this dealership. The sales representative Sydney was incredibly helpful, patie and had a fantastic experience. This will be my third time buying from this dealership. The sales representative Sydney was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable, and I felt no pressure at all. She went above and beyond to find the exact car in the exact color we wanted, and the price was fair. Even our finance guy was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car! More
