Incredible customer service! I drove from Hendersonville to look at a new Kia Soul. My salesperson Ryan had already created a great relationship with me over the telephone and kne I drove from Hendersonville to look at a new Kia Soul. My salesperson Ryan had already created a great relationship with me over the telephone and knew exactly what I was looking for both in a car, and the shopping experience. The process was no pressure, laid back, very knowledgable, and by far the cleanest dealership I have ever seen! I even changed the model of Soul I wanted mid-stream which didn't phase Ryan one bit. (Ask for Ryan when you go in!) I got to meet Martin Herr (The Kia Guy), and it was like we were long lost friends which we are now. Martin believes in establishing strong relationships that last for longer than the purchase of a car. His team is amazing as the entire facility is full of great attitudes, and Martin leads by example. Shout out to Max and Chance who were wonderful as well during the sale. Love my new Soul, and being a Murfreesboro Kia family member and partner! More

So, when I first wrote my review I give this place five stars based off my initial experience. Let’s fast forward 6 weeks and I dropped the stars to 2. I bought the car for my 73 year old mom to get ar stars based off my initial experience. Let’s fast forward 6 weeks and I dropped the stars to 2. I bought the car for my 73 year old mom to get around Dickson and to be honest she loves it. The car was missing the SD card which is how the maps works on the car. Oh no problem said the salesman I’ll get that ordered and mail it to you right away. 4 weeks later nothing. We tried calling and nothing. No return calls nothing. So we called and spoke with the sales manager. Oh this is the first I heard about this I’m on it and will get back to you tomorrow. Two weeks later and no calls returned and our calls our now avoided. I am beyond frustrated and I’m even more let down. I really thought this dealership was different. No, I was wrong. Once you buy the car here your on your own. ••••••••please••••please avoid this place at all cost More
