Took my car in after scheduling my appt. online.. great.. it was easier than calling and waiting forever. Also this frees up the service tech to go their job! Drive it in and they have a HUGE service bay out it was easier than calling and waiting forever. Also this frees up the service tech to go their job! Drive it in and they have a HUGE service bay out if the elements and then I just walk in tell them my concerns. The gentlemen told me to go get a water “or something” as I walk to the waiting area I noticed a movie theater,,, what!! Yep a theater..lots of coffee tea n lemonade and snack and a dock station for laptop n phone use as well as soft leather sofa n chairs!! My only issue NO LOANER cars! Oh well I got to work n they called me to let me know just a bad battery!! The prices quoted were DEALER RATED so I passed but I WILL BE BACK if I ever need to.. sorry Kia in Antioch I purchased 2 cars from you but never again... the service there was just did NOT demonstrate customer appreciation !! More

The entire staff was very patient with me and offered a GREAT deal. However, I asked if I could drive onto the Nashville area and look at a particular vehicle I had seen on line and if they would hold the deal they offered me. They were gracious enough to agree to do that. I drove to Nashville and within the hour realized the car in Nashville was not the one for me. I came back to the Murfreesboro dealership and purchased the car from them. They are awesome and great to work with now on a service basis as well. I would highly recommend Paul in sales.
