Took my car in after scheduling my appt. online.. great.. it was easier than calling and waiting forever. Also this frees up the service tech to go their job! Drive it in and they have a HUGE service bay out it was easier than calling and waiting forever. Also this frees up the service tech to go their job! The gentlemen told me to go get a water “or something” as I walk to the waiting area I noticed a movie theater,,, what!! Yep a theater..lots of coffee tea n lemonade and snack and a dock station for laptop n phone use as well as soft leather sofa n chairs!! My only issue NO LOANER cars! Oh well I got to work n they called me to let me know just a bad battery!! The prices quoted were DEALER RATED so I passed but I WILL BE BACK if I ever need to.. sorry Kia in Antioch I purchased 2 cars from you but never again... the service there was just did NOT demonstrate customer appreciation !! More
