They little sold me a vehicle that is in a class action settlement due to engine stall out and fires. Didn’t bother telling me. I had my Kia at the dealership several times trying to fix the issue but was settlement due to engine stall out and fires. Didn’t bother telling me. I had my Kia at the dealership several times trying to fix the issue but was never fixed and making that drive, 2 counties away is dangerous due to the vehicle stalling out at any given time. I have contacted corporate and they said to contact the sales manager. Which I did numerous times. He never returned my call. Started calling for the president of Kia Murfreesboro, Martin Herr, and still no response. I have currently contacted all the local news stations and I recommend everyone doing the same! Unacceptable and extremely dangerous at best. More

My Experience with Kia of Murfreesboro was excellent! Randy Jackson was so helpful. I have been a customer of his for years and followed him from Lebanon Tn. where he worked at Hyundai of Lebanon. The st Randy Jackson was so helpful. I have been a customer of his for years and followed him from Lebanon Tn. where he worked at Hyundai of Lebanon. The staff at Kia is WONDERFUL! Randy and crew took care of replacing my thermostat on my Hyundai Santa Fe. On the way back home on I-40 my engine quit and randy proceeded to come after me to make sure I was safe and even provided a free car for me while Hyundai replaced my engine. I highly recommend going to Kia of Murfreesboro. Please as for Randy Jackson. He will go way beyond making sure you are taken care of. Randy deserves an award of the year! The crew is the greatest! We recently purchased a vehicle from Kia of Murfreesboro, and while the overall purchase was positive, I was disappointed with how a specific request was handled. We had requested the second remote for the and while the overall purchase was positive, I was disappointed with how a specific request was handled. We had requested the second remote for the vehicle at the time of purchase, but unfortunately, this request was not addressed. Despite following up with Kia, there was no resolution or clear communication on how the issue would be resolved. This has been quite frustrating, as we believe it's a reasonable expectation for a dealership to fulfill such requests, especially after a purchase. I hope that the dealership will take this feedback seriously and improve their follow-up process to ensure future customers don't face similar issues. More
