Dishonest Business Practices This dealership is dishonest! They are using the rip-off sticker method that most unethical dealers are using. Do not pay M for the so called "Protect This dealership is dishonest! They are using the rip-off sticker method that most unethical dealers are using. Do not pay M for the so called "Protection Package" as noted on the sticker. They said that this package is for paint and rust protection for 3yrs/36k miles. Also, that they use a special sealant to protect the paint. Stop it! It's called clear coat and all new vehicles are already protected from the factory. They will not provide documentation explaining this Dealer Added protection package. Why? Because it doesn't exist. If see this sticker next to a window sticker, Run!. Unethical business practices need to stop. I don't know how these individuals sleep at night knowing that they are ripping off the local community. These dealers need to put on notice. Conduct business the right way. More

Will not take responsibility for damage while being repaired Got a brand new KIA Sole broke down stranded on the interstate 3 times all covered under warranty. The 3rd time they took it to get repaired again whe Got a brand new KIA Sole broke down stranded on the interstate 3 times all covered under warranty. The 3rd time they took it to get repaired again when we came back the front bumper is damaged and cracked. We where told Lee Smith will not take responsibility for it and will not do anything to make it better. They have done nothing but give us the run around even when we went back to look at getting a new turbo one and trade in the one we got. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM they will leave you high and dry on any issue you have with a brand new car after you drive off the lot. The service we have received has been down right deplorable. For the love of GOD I hope you dont have to deal with these people. More
