Disappointed no car wash I was expecting a car wash after the check up was done. We were told when we bought the car it would a free car wash. Disappointed I had a motor recall in February i was treated excellent from the rental and the towing of my car. It sat there from February to April i got a message I had a motor recall in February i was treated excellent from the rental and the towing of my car. It sat there from February to April i got a message my car was ready totally expecting it to have had the motor replaced and to find out only the wire harness was replaced due to a recall on the recall. If i hadnt ask about the motor i believe i would not have not been told anything different. I was taken back by the whole thing To be told you needed a new motor because yours is gonna lock up to a wire harness i hope you can appreciate my frustration. More

She was assisting my husband with his first Kia purchase when I threw out I wanted to look at a new Kia.. She never missed a beat while my husband waited for his paper work she test drove with me and then worked my deal. All while my boys 8 & 6 were all over the place. My youngest had just recently had a birthday and she sang to him and gave both kids balloons. It’s the small things that mean a lot.
