Slow Service I had an oil change appointment scheduled for 3:00 p.m. I was actually running a little ahead on my schedule for the day, so i went ahead and dropped I had an oil change appointment scheduled for 3:00 p.m. I was actually running a little ahead on my schedule for the day, so i went ahead and dropped it off a little earlier around 2:30 p.m. I mentioned that I would like to have my car back by 5:00 p.m., which seemed more than enough time for an oil change. But, the car was not ready until almost 5:30 p.m. when they were about to close and I had to rush there to pay and get my keychain punched toward a free oil change (the keychain was really the only reason I scheduled service there to begin with). I have waited in the lobby for oil changes too, but they always seem to take about 2 hours. They did change an air filter for me too this time, but other services were declined. I think the work done was good, but it would be great if jobs could be done more quickly or if I had been called and told it was going to take longer than the time I had requested before 5:00 p.m. I’ll probably go again for the free oil change, but only if I can arrange to drop it off again and have an open schedule that day. More

Amazing customer service I always feel at home when I come to Kia of Lynchburg. They always treat me with excellence and fit me in on a last minute’s notice. However, I still make the 3 hour drive to Kia of Lynchburg when I’m able to in order to feel safe and secure that my car is in good hands. More

Great service I had been to a lot of places looking for a Kia. All the salesman and managers of the dealership had no time to work with me or even help me. One dealership had the car but sold it to someone else. I guess I wasn’t important enough since I didn’t have that much to put down. Kia of Lynchburg had patience and time. The manager personally explained to me what he had to do, and told me I was going to get a car that day. He worked hard and I did leave with a car. Jonathan my salesman was perfect he went beyond to make sure my husband and I was comfortable. I will recommend them to everyone and when I need another car will go right back to them.
