My history with KIA started in 2011 when I purchased a Sorento. I never had any issues with this car and traded it in with 127,000 miles and only the purchase of new tires and a battery. That would never happen with an American car! I decided to look at a Sedona because it didn't require a key in the ignition which I needed because my hands are crippled. What a life saver. And to be able to go have my car serviced with these incredibly knowledgeable and friendly people almost makes me want to have problems with my car just so I can go see them again!
