People were nice, but the whole process was slow. I'm hoping that the service that was completed was quality service but the service itself was terribly slow. I had an 11:30am (first time to a Kia de I'm hoping that the service that was completed was quality service but the service itself was terribly slow. I had an 11:30am (first time to a Kia dealership) with my daughters car - 2013 Kia for a 30 minutes or so service appointment. When they logged the car into their system they found that there were 3 recalls on the vehicle that needed to be done. They told me it would take about 2 hours to do all of this work. I called and got a ride to go somewhere else to do a few things instead of waiting at the dealership for 3 hours. I returned at 3:30 (4 hours later) and the service was not complete. They informed me that it would be another 45 minutes. If a job is going to take a while, I have no problem with that. Communicate that. The lady told me they close from 12-1 for lunch. No one said anything about that to me when I was there. I tried to call and check on the car but kept being sent to a voice mail so could not receive update. I gave them double the time I was told, and the car was still not done. I live about 30 minutes away (with no traffic) and it is not convenient to run back and forth especially when I had to depend on someone else to give me a ride. I also paid over $64 dollars for a cabin filter that I could have gotten at Advanced Auto for $42. No bargain there. Overall, not impressed. I gave a 3 rating only because of the gentleman that helped me. His name may have been Larry and he was very polite and tried to keep me updated while I was sitting in the waiting room. More
