This was the worst experience I have ever had. I have been going to that dealership for years and I never experienced a visit like that one. Lucy refused to discuss and adhere the situation at all. Instead she felt that it was more important to yell and swear throughout the dealership. This person displayed zero amount of professionalism. I had a couple of questions about my vehicle and told me that I had to discuss with the finance manager and he was not in. She also had me waiting for over three hours and did not say why. This experience made me not want to ever go back to this dealership. This is not how a customer should be treated at all. Furthermore nothing was explained to me what was done on .my car. Other than a basic oil change. I came for maintenance on my vehicle not to be publicly berated. I hope that this individual really learns how to treat people. I have purchased two vehicles there and have been regularly going there for maintenance for years. I hope that this situation could be eradicated. More

Luz in Service was very helpful and let me know what was going on every step of the way. She seems to genuinely care about the customer which I really appreciate. Also Crystal Bahena got me the appointment going on every step of the way. She seems to genuinely care about the customer which I really appreciate. I know as much about cars as I do about surgery - so I have to rely on a dealership’s i The staff are always professional, friendly, and courteous. I know as much about cars as I do about surgery - so I have to rely on a dealership’s integrity. I find theirs to be consistently high. My only conundrum was recently being advised to replace my battery which (though only 1 year old) was deemed to have failed Kia’s tests. I agreed to have KIA change the battery and I eventually brought the old battery back to Autozone. They tested it and said it was at 71% capacity and “good”. I guess I should have asked more questions - like what constitutes “fail”. Or what constitutes “good”. I also failed to advise KIA that I hadn’t driven the car in a month and that might have influenced its charge. As it is, KIA was quite helpful - Lucy left the battery under her desk until a friend could pick it up and I could return it to Autozone. Lucy graciously put it in my friend’s trunk. Autozone gave me a full refund so I’m whole. I guess in the end I was treated nicely by Kia AND Autozone. More
