Worst service center ever! Took our van in on 2 separate occasions and had awful experiences both times. First time was because it was pulling hard to the left. Explained the issue to the service center and occasions and had awful experiences both times. First time was because it was pulling hard to the left. Explained the issue to the service center and they called later to tell us it just needed to be aligned. We picked it up and and paid for the alignment only to find out that the van was still pulling hard to the left. Took it in to another shop where a simple inspection of the tires uncovered the issue. One of our tires was bulging on the inner wall and needed replaced. Kia service center put my family in danger by putting us back into a vehicle with a tire that could have blown at any minute. The second time we took our van in was to get the motors on our sliding doors replaced, because it was a warrantied item it had to be replaced at a Kia service center. They damaged our inner panels removing them, did not tighten down one of the outer panels so it was protruding out, they forcefully removed and damaged a seat protector that we had on, which we had to dispose of and go buy new and they left trash in the vehicle. We will never take our vehicle to them again! We will drive an hour to Omaha to get our vehicle serviced in the future. More
If I could give zero stars, I would. I have NEVER such a horrible experience with a service department, as I have with Kia. I bought a brand new 2021 Kia K5 GT Line and not long after the clear coat started horrible experience with a service department, as I have with Kia. I bought a brand new 2021 Kia K5 GT Line and not long after the clear coat started to peel off of the front bumper. When I got my first oil change I showed Ashley in the service department and she submitted it to the warranty department. Months go by and I never heard back, I called Kia and was informed Ashley was on vacation and no one else could tell me the status of the warranty. Finally I get a call back and was told to take it to Speidel on N 27th in Lincoln. Shortly thereafter the front speaker blows and I notice the trunk is cockeyed. There was also a slow leak in the back passenger side tire. I take my car in for another oil change and showed the manager the trunk, he informed me that they would add the trunk to the warranty as a supplemental. Ok, cool. I have no problem with that. They look at my tire, stating they couldn’t find anything wrong with it to keep an eye on it. I take my car to Speidel and show them the issue with the paint and the trunk. I was told by Speidel, Kia missed a process during the clear coat application and it happens every now and again. Totally understandable. Months go by and I don’t hear a word from Kia or Speidel. During the months of silence, their seems to be an electrical short with the touch screen and the speakers. I switch from one screen to the next and the sound goes to the front drivers side speaker, or goes to the rear speakers. This crap has been going on for 7 months. Only reason is because the don’t have a rental. Now they want me to pay $250 for a rental, IF they can get one for me. VERY BAD SERVICE By the way, there was a nail in my tire. Whomever “looked” at it the first time, must have been blind. They have since fixed my tire and I haven’t had issues. More
Hands down, the worst experience of trying to purchase a new vehicle that we have ever had. Low ball on trade, refused to negotiate but instead wanted to push sales gimmicks and acted appalled when I asked new vehicle that we have ever had. I have a 2012 Kia Sorento which completely shit off while driving down the highway on my way to work. Ended up the engine had a recall for engine failure. It was a scary and dangerous situation to say the le driving down the highway on my way to work. Ended up the engine had a recall for engine failure. It was a scary and dangerous situation to say the least that day. Well my car has now been at this dealership for a entire month and yet to be done. Took 2 weeks to diagnose and another 2 weeks to get an ok to put motor in and 4 days to repair which is beyond ridiculous. So Kia makes a crap engine outs me in a very dangerous situation the car literally just shut off and then has me out of a vehicle for over a month. All awhile each time I've called they have been short and rude. Except Ashley she has been helpful. This is beyond ridiculous and uncalled for. There are so many recalls for my car. I can not soundly buy another Kia they are not top line car manufacturers and its too dangerous to take a chance on them. More
