Service was OUTSTANDING! ! My Vehicle was at the Kia Dealership in Ocala for 43 days. I had enough with being jerked around. I made a phone call to Kia of Leesburg and Patr ! My Vehicle was at the Kia Dealership in Ocala for 43 days. I had enough with being jerked around. I made a phone call to Kia of Leesburg and Patrick (service manager) said he'd get my vehicle done by Friday after dropping it off Tuesday evening with Alan (service advisor). It was done Thursday morning, cleaned, and gassed up. To put a cherry on top, they were able to warranty the labor, when the other dealership told me no and to call Kia Corporate myself. Highly recommend taking your vehicle here. Treated like family. I will be taking all my vehicles here and telling everyone I know to take them here as well as buy their new vehicles here if in the market for a Kia. More

This dealership and most of the service department have saved me again . The service manager was the most compassionate man when your a senior worried about repairs and they take it and get it done.
