This was the first time we dealt with Kia of Leesburg and I was totally impressed with how Terrell took care of my wife and I. It a wonderful dealership , but i will say i did recent run into an issue. My car was scheduled and request to be done under alan or Terryl (i’m sorry if i spelled that wrong), but yet it was taken by some run into an issue. My car was scheduled and request to be done under alan or Terryl (i’m sorry if i spelled that wrong), but yet it was taken by someone else and i was not informed by anyone. as well as my PSI on my front two tires were at 42 when i picked me car up - yet at drop off they were at 25. I do not appreciate not being informed someone else handled my car, as well as my tires being so high, plus nobody bothered with the back tires. so my fronts being at 42 and my back at 28? a bit wild if you ask me. More
