I had a filter & oil change; The filter was not installed correctly & the oil leaked on my garage floor & driveway in which I had to buy a cleaner to remove the oil. I brought my Kia EV6 GT into service due to ultrasonic sensors not working. This turned out to be due to rodent damage. The repair was completed promptly and at a reasonable price of just about $500. However, when I dropped my vehicle off, I implored the advisor to make sure that the service department did not detail my vehicle due to it having a matte gray finish. Upon picking up my vehicle, it was clear that the detail department had detailed my vehicle, had applied a polish to it and had scratched the paint all over the body. I have now dropped the vehicle off to have the service center take it to a body shop to assess and attempt to correct the damage that was done 9 days ago with no communication or updates from the service center about timing. If everything gets corrected, I will provide another review to account for that, however at this time I absolutely can not recommend Kia of Leesburg for service, particularly if you have a matte paint finish. More
