I purchased a vehicle in December of 2024, two weeks later the vehicle was sidelined for a recall issue, there was no fix for the issue. It is going on 6months, and Kia or the dealer has done nothing t later the vehicle was sidelined for a recall issue, there was no fix for the issue. It is going on 6months, and Kia or the dealer has done nothing to resolve the issue. No one has offered me any resolution. I have talked to corporate as well as general manager... nothing!! I am out $26,000. and no vehicle. Communication with service and corporate is less than helpful, sometimes rude and defensive. I'm the customer !! They have my money and I can't do anything about it. Do NOT BUY !! More
I requested routine oil change tire rotation on my vehicle. The tire rotation was never completed. Reviewing my paperwork upon getting home, it was not listed. I checked my vehicle and the tires. It was on my original service request order. I requested the service manager to contact me. She said that that she would send an urgent note to him to call me waited 24 hours without a call call back. The individual said she would go to the service manager‘s office to have him contact me and if he was not there, she would leave it a note. It’s been several days and I have not received any callback. What is disappointing I spent several hours at the dealer having service done, and I am not pleased that I would have to come back for another long. Wait while the tire rotation would be completed. VERY DISAPPOINTING! More
