Not happy at all. Have had engine issues from the start. Recalled items replaced as the recalls come in. Not only am I still having issues but Kia doesn’t want to deal Have had engine issues from the start. Recalled items replaced as the recalls come in. Not only am I still having issues but Kia doesn’t want to deal with it. I have to check my car before it goes in and check it on the way out, just to make sure it’s leaving with all the parts it came in with. I have to remind them with an oil change you have to start it and what not to get the oil down to the filter then check it and fill it as needed. Between oil changes I have to refill the oil a min of 4 qts. I will not be buying another Kia. So disappointed More

I waited 2 1/2 hours for a basic oil change and a wheel speed sensor replacement that may pay .2 hours of warranty time. They told me there was a nail in the sidewall of a tire after over 2 hours in., but didn’t show it to me. I should have asked to see it, but by that time I was so tired from waiting. My tire pressure was low after leaving on all 4 tires. That was not an issue when I arrived! As a former Service Advisor I was quite disappointed in how long I had to wait and I made a previous appointment for the service. I also helped calm down a lady whose wheel fell off after she left the dealership for a tire rotation. Terrible service visit. More
