Go elsewhere for warranty work After axel was replaced no alignment was done. I specifically asked if I should get one. Was told it's part of the repair. Now I have 2 bad tires. I have taken the van there over 25 times for front end vibration. They claimed they could not find it, it doesn't exist or it's very minor. Went and paid $100.00 for final inspection before the end of the warranty. Was told I needed alignment, brake switch and breather tube. Took it to another shop. Mounts are all BAD. One is half gone. They say it's not covered. KIA Corp says it is. Had oil almost drip on my head while looking at mounts. No mention of this leak til I asked about it. If you are female go anywhere else! More

Awesome dealership Took our car today to have some service work done, while we were waiting we looked around the showroom and had the pleasure of meeting Tim Lile. We spent many hours with him today, drove 2 used Sorrento's, and 1 new. Finally decided to go with one of the used Sorrento's (2015). Tim listened to what we were saying about our payments etc. and got us a deal we were very happy with. He did a great job with NO pressuring..... From the time we entered the dealership in the service department until we left with another vehicle, I felt like we were treated like royalty. This dealership and staff go above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you Bill Bryan KIA, it was truly a pleasure doing business with you!!!!!!! More

Tim was very helpful and patient. He explained everything about the new car and programmed the new technology for us. He made the process of buying a new car as painless as possible. Ask for Tim, you wont be diappointed. The finance guy was very plesant also. He was from Morrocco, unfortunately i cant remember his name. More
Dishonest/Poor Customer Service My 2015 Sorrento EX purchased in October 2014 from Bill Bryan for around $30K had nail in sidewall of tire - not repairable. Tire shop quoted $161 to My 2015 Sorrento EX purchased in October 2014 from Bill Bryan for around $30K had nail in sidewall of tire - not repairable. Tire shop quoted $161 to replace the tire. I called Bill Bryan Service Dept. and was told by Crystal that it was under nitrogen warranty if I brought it in. I took off 3 hours of work, went to Kia, and was told the the warranty had expired and the cost was $188. The service man was polite but couldn't help, so I asked to speak with his manager. I believe the manager's name his name was Ron. He was horrible, rude, condescending, and unapologetic. He said everyone makes mistakes - meaning Crystal wasn't lying but was mistaken. I said that they should stand behind their employees mistakes as that is what customer service is about. I explained that driving 40 minutes to their dealership from Clermont area was a major inconvenience and taking off work was costing me financially. He said that wasn't his problem and the cost was $188. I asked to speak to his manager and he proclaimed he was the boss, had the final say, and had no manager. I then walked into the sales area and asked for the General Manager. I was not allowed to talk to anyone of real authority. I quickly escorted out of the sales area as they didn't want their "new" potential customers spending thousands to hear the situation. This sales floor manager told me the warranty was only good for a year and had expired 2 years ago. I only owned car 17 months - MORE LIES! In the end he offered to replace the tire at what he claimed was their cost $155 for the tire waiving labor fees. Ironically the tire is $114 at Walmart and $136 at Tire Kingdom, so I believe the "actual cost" was a lie as well. They are so nice when you are spending $30,000 on a new vehicle, so nice when you are having regular services done and paying them for maintenance, but wait until you have a problem or they make a mistake. Then your experience will be worse than dissatisfying, it will be frustrating, disrespectful, and angering at least if your a woman like me. My grandma and I believe they are sexist and would've treated us with more respect if we were men. Beware: If you have a problem, you will experience as I have, RUDE Managers, lies, horrible customer service and no care about their customers satisfaction. If you are a woman, I highly suggest having a man go with you to lesson the disrespect. I thought we were past this discrimination in our society, but apparently not. I believe this dealership is short sighted and only care about the initial sale and making quick money. They fail to see that happy return customers increase their profits by future sales and recommendations. I have always tried to shop local, keep my money in my county to help the economics of where I live. I love my Kia Sorrento, but when I replace it, I will go to Orlando/Sanford. Cheaper cost and better service - I've purchased several cars there when I lived in Orlando. In the end I went to tire kingdom for repair - cheaper and better service. My only solace is that my grandma was with me at Bill Bryan for my tire repair. She was there to purchase a Kia to replace her Buick (she loves my Kia). After how we were treated in the service department, she will go elsewhere. I informed them they lost a sale as we were going to Orlando/Sanford for her purchase. Their lies and rudeness cost them thousands this time and I will not be returning either. She and I are telling all of friends of our experience, so they don't have the same misfortune. More
