Service department is a hot mess. After 5 or 6 visits they still don’t have my car fixed. I told them the issue on the first visit... it took 2 more visits before they came to the sam After 5 or 6 visits they still don’t have my car fixed. I told them the issue on the first visit... it took 2 more visits before they came to the same conclusion. Now they can’t seem to get the correct part in. They don’t seem to know what they’re doing in the service department. It’s a shame, because I have enjoyed my Kia Rio and I was seriously considering trading up for one of their larger vehicles, but I’ve completely lost my confidence in this dealership. They’ve wasted so much of my time and then they lost my spare key to boot!! More
Beware of the service department I took my vehicle there to get it repaired they lied to me told me three different stories charge me an arm and a leg and the vehicle still was not fi I took my vehicle there to get it repaired they lied to me told me three different stories charge me an arm and a leg and the vehicle still was not fixed very disappointed they may sell cars but then you're going to be back for repairs and you're going to get charged an arm and a leg beware I was treated very rudely disrespectfully and threatened if I ever came back on the property I would be no trespass I did not call anyone names I did not cuss I did not raise my voice I just pointed out the fact that Leslie lied I pointed out the fact that certain things were not fixed I had to take it to another auto repair to have it repaired. After being repaired i took my receipt to show what was wrong and what was repaired correctly. They had 3 people outside with me. Popped my hood without my permission leslie had a very loud rude hateful mechanic start unbolting things i never asked for.Then he"mike"proceeeded to yell at me about his work on my car. I didn't go there for that i was trying to show leslie my work that had bren done and that's when she threatened me with the police.Rip off scam artist!They also charged me double. Don't take you car to be repaired there!!Aweful experience rude hateful workers.They couldn't even make a second key right that i paid for in advance! The Gm twisted everything around an said i needed more work done. Don't go there they'll scam n lie just to make a buck! More

New Optima I was there for service on my 2013 Optima when I was approached by Keith of possibly upgrading. I was at 104,000.miles so I was definitely thinking o I was there for service on my 2013 Optima when I was approached by Keith of possibly upgrading. I was at 104,000.miles so I was definitely thinking of this. Since my car was going to take some time, I picked out an option test drove it to work (i don't work far and the runner was busy to get me to work in time) which was awesome for them to allow this. Well of course I am going to drive it and LOVE IT. So upon my return after 5, we completed the paperwork and was out with the old 2013 and in with the new 2018. Absolutely love it, Thank you Keith! I brought my 2016 KIA in for service on Monday 7/16/2018, and while waiting Mr. Daniel answered several questions I had on the 2019 KIA Sorento SX V6 on the showroom floor. After a brief discussion I made the decision to lease the 2019. Mr. Daniel processed my lease in less than 3 hours which I found to be remarkable. Thanks again to Jonathan Daniel. More
