Not happy with service dept Had maintenance done on our Soul. The oil and filter change, rotation of tires ,top off all fluids etc. When I arrived I didn’t go in right away I was Had maintenance done on our Soul. The oil and filter change, rotation of tires ,top off all fluids etc. When I arrived I didn’t go in right away I was looking at the cars. When I finally went in I noticed some employees and customers with masks on some with out. Went to waiting room, the chairs are about 2’ apart not 6’, had use men’s room , the trash bucket was over flowing. Went outside and sat on bench, my car was parked outside. I waited 15minutes no one came so I went into the building with cashier. She called a supervisor who came and said he was looking for me. Funny thing is he walked by me 2-3 times without asking my name. They also had my phone number to call my cell. I happened to look at my windshield washer fluid about 3 days later and found it low. I added a gallon of fluid. I kind of wonder what else they forgot to do. Called service dept. the service dept . Customer service rep.who answered the phone, she was argumentative as I voiced my concerns. More

He and the staff take my concerns seriously and do what it takes to make things right. I trust their advice - I might decide to do some of the recommended items on the next visit but I'm confident it's not an "inflated" list. More

A wonderful and helpful experiment to repair a minor problem We heard a ping sound coming out of our front left tire. They found a broken bolt near the tire but that didn’t fix the problem. So your mechanic Henry Garcia drove our car with us in it. So he could diagnosis The problem. He did a fabulous job. The problem was that a chrome cover the covers the lug nuts needed repaired . Robert Menendez was Super Helpful, and so was April Waits! We had a good experience buying our Telluride a month ago, when Dave Williams took great care, and a lot of time with us. We returned this morning to get our second fob, and a new temporary tag. Dave had to be out of the office that day, but Robert stepped in and took great care of us. Turns out their traveling fob maker hadn’t updated his software for a 2020 Telluride, but Robert crafted a solution that got us our fob. The reason for another temporary is that we’re snowbirds, and the car will be registered in Maryland. April went to great lengths to assure we will be “legal” until we get home and get our safety inspection. Really felt taken care of today, and...the donut and coffee was a great touch. More
