Semi-annual service Had a very good service experience. Received a call in the AM that we could move our appt. up to an earlier time, was unable due to previous doctor ap Had a very good service experience. Wait over 3 hours - estimate was 2hr. A service advisor came out after an hour and told me what needed done and referred to a 10 year service record which I questioned. 20 minutes later another service adv came out after an hour and told me what needed done and referred to a 10 year service record which I questioned. 20 minutes later another service advisor & said the other svc guy had wrong customer!
