A wonderful and helpful experiment to repair a minor problem We heard a ping sound coming out of our front left tire. They found a broken bolt near the tire but that didn’t fix the problem. We returned this morning to get our second fob, and a new temporary tag. Dave had to be out of the office that day, but Robert stepped in and took great care of us. Turns out their traveling fob maker hadn’t updated his software for a 2020 Telluride, but Robert crafted a solution that got us our fob. The reason for another temporary is that we’re snowbirds, and the car will be registered in Maryland. April went to great lengths to assure we will be “legal” until we get home and get our safety inspection. Really felt taken care of today, and...the donut and coffee was a great touch. More
