Being that you asked ... As I said earlier. I like Bill Bryan KIA. I have purchased two cars there in the past two years.. My problem is with the service department. My tire started leaking air. I called Bryan KIA. I have purchased two cars there in the past two years.. My problem is with the service department. My tire started leaking air. I called the service department to find out what it would cost to replace the tire with the same tire that came with the car. I was given a price of $160.00 installed and balanced. and they had the tire in stock. So I drove up. As I did not have an appointment I waited 3 hours before a technician came and said, yes the tire needs to be replaced and the cost would be $200 plus. I said what happened to the $160.00 I was quoted when I called? He said he would check. When he came back he said that he could not find anyone that remembered the call or giving that quote and that tire is no longer available. They had one of the same brand, but it was $220 plus. I had to get it, but if I knew that before hand I would have gone to GoodYear down the street from me, who quoted the tire at $170.00 out the door. and I would have only had to wait 20 minutes, and not the 3 hours plus I waited at Bryan Kia. The tech said he would give me a 15% discount which he did. He also said we wash the car also, is that OK. I said yes.. but, when they brought the car around.. No, it was not washed. as is usually the case. My other complaint. I only use Bryan Kia for my service. Every time, I have service done, they NEVER reset the service thing on the car. So, within a couple days, I get a notice on the car.. Service so many miles past due. Do you want to be routed to the nearest Kia dealer. So, I have to go back and have them reset it. I ask every time did they reset the service thing and every time I am told yes, we do that everytime. It is just so aggravating... I am considering checking out Jenkin"s KIA in Gainesville to see if there service is better. More

The experience we had was our best experience we have ever had in a dealership. Kyle in parts went over and beyond to help us with parts and to help us get an appointment.
