I am sorry but this is the second service we have with you. One would think that the tech would put setting back the way they find them. Both times they left my headlights on non auto. I am driving home and realize my headlights are not on. With all the settings that cars have these days. The techs should make sure the settings are the way they found them. We had a couple other settings that were changed the last time we had it serviced Time will tell what is not correct. I should not have to check all settings after each service. If we had not already paid in advance for service, you would not be servicing my vehicle More

Car servicing takes a very long time. For the past two oil changes I have waited an hour and a half and over 2 hours. This is my first time coming to Bill Bryan Kia of Leesburg and I hope it doesn't change at all for the worst as some dealership service depts have in my past experiences. It is a bit of a drive for me but it proved to be worth it. Thank you very much Will. The customer lounge and men's restroom were very clean and welcoming by the way. I was curious if there were snacks offered as the lounge cafeteria seemed to offer everything needed to cook food. Yummy! 😉 More
