I was very impressed with the high quality of service I received from my tech advisor Will. This is my first time coming to Bill Bryan Kia of Leesburg and I hope it doesn't change at all for the worst as some dealership service depts have in my past experiences. It is a bit of a drive for me but it proved to be worth it. Thank you very much Will. The customer lounge and men's restroom were very clean and welcoming by the way. I was curious if there were snacks offered as the lounge cafeteria seemed to offer everything needed to cook food. Yummy! 😉 More
