Kia of Leesburg - Service Center

I have dealt with the dealership since your store was located where the auto body shop is now. I have purchased 3 vehicles from your dealership, the last one a 2019 Kia Soul. Last year we had trouble wit located where the auto body shop is now. I have purchased 3 vehicles from your dealership, the last one a 2019 Kia Soul. Last year we had trouble with the tires and tried to get help with and the deal I was offered was going to cost me more for 2 tires that I could buy 4 for. I also have the clear seal pealing from the car, as did with my 2013 Kia that I have. I had the 2013 redone. I did buy the guarantee for this, but when I called body shop. I seem to get runaround. On the tires for the 2019, I found out that it had 2018 tires on a 2019 model, did not understand this ? The last service appt, did not stack up to the usual service I have gotten there in the last few years. Service has not been same since the lady left that did work there. I understand she works in another dept. More

We bought a daughter a used car, she's only 15 but wanted her to learn in what she will driving when she's out on her own. Anyways, driving we ended up woth P1326 code flashing.
