Let me start with the great. My advisor Terrell Buttone went the extra. Took a short time for the work itself. The Supervisor in service I was told actually did the work! Whoever scheduled, a female, told me to expect a 6 hr time & I could not wait for the car. The day before I got a call reminding me that “being short handed” my car might be there overnight. Consequently, being 50 mi. away I arranged a ride. Upon arrival Terrell told me a 2 hr max time. It actually took a bit over one hr. I could have waited. Would have saved me the cost & the hassle for my neighbor of a ride. Was also a bit surprised when my paperwork stated a “complimentary wash & front vacuum. It clearly was either not done or swiped over very quickly. More
