I’ve bought 3 cars from this dealership in the last 9 years and this is the first time I will give the service department a “100 %” rating! Also, everything on the checklist was actually completed, like topping off the washer fluid! Thank You Alan! Finally, I tried “6” times to make an appointment for Service, via telephone and online. I was told I would have to leave my car for a week (2 recalls) and surprisingly, only needed to leave it for a few hours! Turns out, the dealership has a new telephone system and it’s not working properly. Please explain that to your customers instead of leaving people in the dark. More
Paid $750 for A/C repair that didn't work, then told it was the control head they couldn't get anymore. A/C still doesn't work, so now we have to trade cars. Sure won't go to your dealership again.
