Rob was great. He did have some trouble during the test ride. Everything I hit the brakes he bounced off the back of mu chair and around corners he slammed from one He did have some trouble during the test ride. Everything I hit the brakes he bounced off the back of mu chair and around corners he slammed from one side to the other. This was very disturbing while trying to test drive the car. At one point he was upside down feet in the air and all he said was "this cat really handles good". Any way I really didn't want to buy a car he sensed that and was very easy to work with. I would recommit him. More
I was very happy with how I was treated . It was fast intake service no big Hassel with what was wrong ,and they listened to all I had to say. I received a text to inform me that parts were ordered and this would be covered under warranty, no problem ! Repairs would be done as soon as parts ( engine ) were received . Rob did a great job. I really didn't want to buy a car and he senced that and was not pushy at all. Terrell Buttone was a very good Service Advisor. However, I was amazed that you couldn't fix my Tow Hitch recall because you had to order the part to do so. It seems to me that the person who took my call to set up the service could have told me it would take 2 trips to your service center to take care of this recall. I set aside a half day in oder to get this done since the person setting up the appointment told me that's how long it would take. Now I have to set aside another half day to get the job done. I think my time is as important as yours so I am not a happy person that has to come back for a recall. I feel you wasted my time by not being able to help me when I set up an appointment specifically for the tow hitch. Why couldn't you keep some of these on site? More
