We brought a car in for service, and we knew they would try to sell us a replacement car for our 112,000 mile Forte that was out of warranty, and we We brought a car in for service, and we knew they would try to sell us a replacement car for our 112,000 mile Forte that was out of warranty, and we were okay with that, as long as they had a good replacement car available in their stock. We had been leaning towards wanting an SUV anyway. They found us a nice Sportage EX that had 25,000 less miles than the Forte, had more room, provided better accident protection, and had all the extras that we wanted. It was a win-win transaction! More

I brought my K5 in for its first service. The entire system was well designed and the people were great. I especially liked the young man who washed my car. Max and Miguel were great! But before purchasing the car, I called and spoke with Max. He transferred the call to the Alan, not quite sure who Alan is, but did not like him at But before purchasing the car, I called and spoke with Max. That was the reason that I did not want to come back to your establishment to purchase the car because I liked Max so much we decided to buy our car at your dealership.
