I had purchased a brand new vehicle in 2008 from a dealership in Orange County and that expe Until yesterday 10/3/11, I was a 'car dealership' hater. I had purchased a brand new vehicle in 2008 from a dealership in Orange County and that experience was a nightmare. I promised myself at that time and over the next 3 years that I was an 'anti dealership' car shopper from now on. I swore I would never step foot into another car dealership again. I started searching for a used Toyota Camry about 2 months ago, in my search I stumbled on a car I liked listed by Bill Bryan Kia of Leesburg for sale by them. The car looked great and was just what I was looking for, so I emailed the dealership with some questions. Kimberly in Internet Sales responded immediately and answered my questions about the car, even walking outside to check the tire wear and some other things I had asked about. I then emailed her to thank her, said I would continue to shop for a Camry, but might consider looking at her car. I then went on to tell her why I was reluctant to buy any car from any dealership ever again. Kimberly at that point assured me that Bill Bryan Kia would not disappoint me in any shape, form or way. She was professional and very nice, taking a personal interest in my car shopping experience and in me. Kimberly and I emailed and talked several times after that about that Camry, she checked in with me ever few days, but I didn't have time to venture the 40miles to her dealership to see the car. Finally yesterday I had some time, called Kimberly, the car was still available and so I decided to make a 40mile trip to Leesburg to see the car. I was greeted by Kimberly who then introduced me to Jason who was my salesman and we went for a test drive. Jason was also extremely friendly and didn't put any pressure on me at all. We went back to the dealership, sat down, bantered a little bit over the listed price and the offer on my trade in, we came to an agreement and I bought the car. My last step in the process was with Brad in finance. He too was friendly, organized and thorough, making me feel secure in my purchase. Everything was great. I went for my first car, barely knowing what kind was best for me, & Sam Britten helped me find what I needed. Sam led me to the car that had all I needed, wanted, & more! My cosigner lives in P.R., whic best for me, & Sam Britten helped me find what I needed. Sam led me to the car that had all I needed, wanted, & more! My cosigner lives in P.R., which meant extra work for Sam & his team. They spent days working with me, & for me. Payments are even $100 LESS a month than was expected! Special thanks to Sam & Robbie for helping iron out every kink. Thanks to Brad in financing, for everything put into making this happen. Detailing dept did a great job also. Wife and I took our 2008 Spectra in for service. While waiting, we became interested in a 2012 Forte. After a test drive we sat down and worked some numbers and a few hours later we drove off in our new 2012 Forte. We are extremely happy with the car, its features, economy, price and ride. I can also say that Clancy and Humberto made the whole experience enjoyable and I'd have to say that it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. At almost 70 years old I've had quite a few car buying experiences and this one was definitely the best. More
Very happy with my service today on my 2011 Kia Soul. I was driving and was told that my break lights were not working, I immediately turned around and went to the Kia dealer and met with Kristen in the se was driving and was told that my break lights were not working, I immediately turned around and went to the Kia dealer and met with Kristen in the service department. She was very knowledgeable about what was wrong with my car, she listened and was very helpful. She had a great personality and was very friendly and nice. I did have to wait over 2 hours for my car to be fixed, but I was ok with this since I had no appointment and I even had them do an oil change. Very happy with the dealership, my car and the service department! Thanks Kia! More

This person just would not let up.He kept saying its not about the car its about moving money, what is he crazy, I came there for a car!!This car was Kelly Blue at 8000, so 5000 off of price was still n o deal.No I will never go back and I am definatly going to let people know about my exsperience at KIA of Leeseburg. I felt sorry for the female sales person who was doing a stand up job untill her superior Ricardo came a in. started off with $840 back untill he came to $5000, Whats up with that. Telling me no one would want my car he was taking a risk taking it in trade. 2005 Chrysler Crossfire convertable with 44,000 miles. WHO IS HE KIDDING!!My car was in perfect condition. He needed to take his 84 Buick with 84000 miles to the auction. More

I said to James "NO" i want nothing-ok He brings out sheet of my deal I see 72 mounths, I went "balistic' we were wer alway talk about 48 mo. "oh no says the salesman" I asked if he is hard of hearing-No" Talked to every onein the dealer ship to no evail final deal $158.39 for 5- years. I HAVE BEEN SCREWED ,WHICH i DO NOT TAKE VERY KINDLEY TO. i WILL BE CALLING EVERY & ALL REULAR OVERSEES ,ABOUT THIS THE BETTER BUSISNE BURAL & EVERY OTHER OVERSEE ERS I CAN FIND AS WELL AS THE OCALA NEWPAPER,THE VILLAGE PAPPER AND SO ON. i am pissed AND WILL NOT REST until I eather get back my origial deal or have notifed each & ever agency, Kindest respect. I found this dealership (and this employee) to be very easy to work with, and I found them to be very interested in reaching a deal that was reasonable to us. My wife and I were looking at the Forte. We looked at the price on the window sticker and jumped back in our Truck to leave. This was definately the sale of the day maybe even the month. Mike personally went over the options to the new Forte Koup and even showed us around the dealership so my wife would feel comfortable when she returned for the oil change. He personally scrubbed our license plate so it looked as nice as the car:). Mike definately went the extra mile with us and we truly appreciate it. We were previously a Honda family, but with the look, feel, and warranty that comes with the Kia we may have converted. If a company is able to stand behind their product with as much confidence as Kia has, then I can only support them unless they let me down. Kia hires quality individuals that are able to inform it's customers in a way that is not threatening or pushy. We had an excellent experience overall, and look forward to continuing this relationship. More
