We came across Bill Bryan Kia after looking at a number of dealerships across the state of Florida. They were at best inconsistent when asked about their internet pricing, i.e. refusing to honor what is cl of dealerships across the state of Florida. They were at best inconsistent when asked about their internet pricing, i.e. refusing to honor what is clearly posted on their websites, or at worst, negotiating and quoting pricing only to call us later and tell us that the price they gave us wasn't possible and that we were free to 'renegotiate'. From our first contact over the phone with Bill Bryan Kia, every effort was made on the part of the sales person to get us the car we needed without wasting any of our time or trying to pointlessly up-sell to us. I had a great buying experience at an excellent price, and I have great confidence there will be repeat business in the future. More
I first did my research on line to find the vehicle we wanted and what we could afford to pay for it. We were trading in a 2008 Kia Sedona which we really liked and had decided to stay with the Kia brand wanted and what we could afford to pay for it. We were trading in a 2008 Kia Sedona which we really liked and had decided to stay with the Kia brand. We were greeted when we arrived at the dealership by Ron Stepp, who made us feel right at home. After talking to us about what we were looking for in an automobile, he offered us beverages and food while we waited for him to bring the vehicles we were interested in up to the door. The vehicle we liked was on the high side of our price range, but after talking to his sales manager a couple of times, we were able to agree on terms that fit our budget. Gail, in finance, was equally accomodating, finding us low financing and an extra year (two in all) of free service on our new vehicle. Her bubbly personality made the excruciating process of paperwork signing almost enjoyable. We left there that afternoon with a new 2012 Kia Sportage and will definitely recommend them to our friends. More

Negotiations were trying and lengthy, but not totally unpleasant and eventually resulted in our purchase. I was treated fairly (I think) and given good service throughout the experience. I have visited other new car dealers recently and the improvement at this dealership was significant. Even the "money debate" was handled with kid gloves and reasonable responses. Not to mention that after a 'final' price was reached, the dealership determined I was eligible for another "discount" and subtracted it ($500.oo) at our sale closing (paperwork time). This is my third new car purchase in the past nine (9) years and I think it is about the best overall, in terms of people and getting to the deal and driving the new car home. More

Was searching for a car that was used; to get my disabled wife to and from doctots. I heard about bill bryan's and stopped. I was greeted very professionally; but also.very courteously. I surprised my wife that evening with a beautifu used car; and all she did was cry. Thank You Mike for a job well done. I had to take my wife down to personally thank them for their thoughtfulness; and will truly tell everyone how well we were treated. They took care of the basic service (first oil change on new vehicle) immediately and performed my other requirement (installed a hood deflector) just as efficiently. I also had problems with my bluetooth working with my phone. It happened twice and both times they fixed it for me. Your Associates in the Service Department are friendly and go above and beyond what most auto dealers offer. More
