We went to Bill Bryan Kia to trade in our 2008 Kia Specta 5 door. While our Specta has performed wonderfully, we wanted something a little larger with more features. We loved it from the moment we first saw it as it had everything we asked for and more. Ron worked with us on the financial part until the trade difference was agreed upon. Gayle Hebb, business manager, worked out all the details of our loan. She was lots of fun to work with. My wife and I are self employed which makes the loan process more complicated. As my wife and I pulled into the parking lot, we did not expect anything different than any other dealer. Boy were we wrong. With my less than stellar credit, i was expecting to hear, "sorry" cant help you, expect anything different than any other dealer. Boy were we wrong. With my less than stellar credit, i was expecting to hear, "sorry" cant help you, however what we did hear was, lets see what we can do. We were treated to the friendliest customer service we have ever encountered. Matt was a great guy and i was put at ease in a few minutes and he was able to gain my trust in no time, ( not as easy task). They were able to offer us a New 2013 KIA Rio, within the budget we quoted. We drove away happy and feeling good. 3 days later we went back to have some detailing done , and i mentioned to Matt, that I wish we bought a different car with a little more bells and whistles, and maybe i jumped to quickly at the deal they gave me. Matt said, give me a minute. Matt came back and said that his boss said that if we would be happier in the other car, then we should have it. I was floored, i never expected to hear that. Before i knew it we were signing the new paperwork for the new car.. UNBELIEVABLE!! Never have i been treated so well in the 40 plus years i have been buying cars. I am still in shock at how far they went out of their way to make us happy. As long as i live in Florida i will Never buy a car anywhere else.. If you don't buy from these guys, you are NOT getting the best car buying experience EVER!! More
