Travis was very knowledgeable of the car and did a terrific job explaining all of its workings to me. I was very comfortable dealing with him and he did not make me feel pressured at all. He answered all questions to my satisfaction and Randy did a great job in acquiring and explaining the financial aspects of getting this car. I walked away with a 2011 Kia Sorrento, which I did not think I would be able to get, and I love it. Oh, and the "waiting area" is a highlight of having to do some waiting on getting everything settled and in place. I would not hesitate to recommend someone check out Bill Bryan in Leesburg and I am sure when I need a car again in the future, I will surely be visiting them once again. More
