You can tell that Gary loves being a teacher. He was very thorough in going over the manual with me and I liked his friendly, easy-going manner. He asked me what other cars I'd tested but did not make any pressuring comments such as how I'd rate them in comparison to the one I drove at this dealership, which I liked. Just one thing I would suggest--I came to check out vehicles with my parents, and my father, being the business person, cut the deal and wrote the check. The manager that came to talk with us talked fairly exclusively to my parents, particularly my father, of course, and brushed off my concerns when I tried to voice them. At one point in his conversation with us, he asked me how old I was and said, "You're just a baby." I know he didn't necessarily mean it in a condescending way, but I would tell anyone going to this dealership, "The person with the wallet will always be the main focus, even if they don't realize who's really paying for the car." I realize that 38 may seem young to some people. But what he didn't realize is that yes, my father was cutting the deal and the payment. But, I am the one paying my father back for the car. My Dad told him several times that the car was my decision and in fact, he was ready to go back to the previous dealership we had visited. Like any consumer, I was interested in getting the most value for my money. I actually liked another vehicle I had tested earlier a bit better than this one. But I decided to go with this car for its safety features, warranty, and maintenance plan. The fact that Gary focused on me as the car owner was greatly appreciated. The manager who worked the numbers with us talked about his family and children--as a customer, I have a personal life as well. The reason I took my parents with me to look for cars is because I had a husband who decided he was happier with someone else. Being told I'm "just a baby" was definitely not a highlight of the sale. I just thought I would mention it as something to keep in mind with future customers. I found a small scratch on the car 4 days after I'd picked it up and mentioned it to Gary. I'm pleased that the dealership has made very generous arrangements to take care of it at no charge, as well as offering me transportation to and from the location. The car rides well and I'm very pleased with my purchase. I feel very confident that my (and my family's dealership) with this dealership will continue into the future. Thank you. More

The staff was friendly and helpful. Our sales consultant was very knowledgeable and made us feel that he was there for us. My experience was great. I bought a new Kia Rio from Jason and Gayle did the paperwork. I was also pricing a kIA FORTE After I brought the Rio home I was undecided whether I should have bought the Fort Jason and Gayle did the paperwork. I was also pricing a kIA FORTE After I brought the Rio home I was undecided whether I should have bought the Forte. The next morning Jason called me to see if I had any problems or concerns about the Rio. I told him I wasn't completely satisfied with my decision. He told me to bring the car back and they would see what they could do to make me happy. I brought the Rio back and made a deal on the Forte. I told him I had to be to work in an hour so he rushed and had the car detailed. Then Gayle did the paperwork again. The other sales people at the dealership helped me to get out of there on time. They all worked together. I have bought alot of cars but this was the best experience I have ever had. Thanks to Jason and Gayle for helping me out. More
