Friendly and efficient, Zachary went above and beyond to see that our new vehicle needs were met. The sales associate MR Gary Johnson did not take our order on the new car we bought, Instead he started his demonstration on and about the vehicle, made sure we knew everything about the car not slacking off one bit, and then moved to close the deal. AND THAT IS THE WAY YOU SALE CARS. No high pressure, just good salesmanship, not like the order takers we encountered at other dealerships. MR Johnson and Eddie Pereira the finance manager both worked with us on what we needed and didn't try to sell us something we did not want. We stopped by your dealership just to see what the KIA Souls looked like and came home with a new car. If you knew me, you would know I hate to trade cars and usually get mad at sales people within fifteen min. of being there and that was not the case this time. I can not say enough good things about how we were treated by Gary and Eddie, and would gladly encourage people to come there. Keep up the good PR because I for one am tired of businesses that act like they have all the business they need and are doing you a favor by just taking your money. I just hope we get treated that good when it comes time for service. Please give this to the owner, I feel he should know when some of his people are doing such outstanding jobs. I came to purchase a new car for my wife. They listened to her every wish and matched them perfectly all the way down to the color. They even worked with me and got the price to where I was feeling comfort to her every wish and matched them perfectly all the way down to the color.
