Funny thing is, we were just driving by and saw the dealership had put cars out on a different location, we'd planned to do some shopping for a new car on the weekend, however we never quite made it to the Ford dealership as we took home a cute little red Soul. The salesaman, Tom Burchell has numerous salesman of the month awards and we could see why, he was great! More

The fact that the sales associate is so knowlegeable with the, control features of the car and his confidence that we would love the vehicle, brought our reasoning to a another level. We own a 2011 Sorento EX, but needed more features that requires ease of operation for us eldery people. The quickness of preparation of numerous paperwork, the ease of financing but above all the confidence shown by your staff is a joy to purchase a new car. Friendly and efficient, Zachary went above and beyond to see that our new vehicle needs were met. We were so blown away by his enthusiasm that we were going to buy from him even if the vehicle didn't entir see that our new vehicle needs were met. The sales associate MR Gary Johnson did not take our order on the new car we bought, Instead he started his demonstration on and about the vehicle, made sure we knew everything about the car not slacking off one bit, and then moved to close the deal. AND THAT IS THE WAY YOU SALE CARS. No high pressure, just good salesmanship, not like the order takers we encountered at other dealerships. MR Johnson and Eddie Pereira the finance manager both worked with us on what we needed and didn't try to sell us something we did not want. We stopped by your dealership just to see what the KIA Souls looked like and came home with a new car. If you knew me, you would know I hate to trade cars and usually get mad at sales people within fifteen min. of being there and that was not the case this time. I can not say enough good things about how we were treated by Gary and Eddie, and would gladly encourage people to come there. Keep up the good PR because I for one am tired of businesses that act like they have all the business they need and are doing you a favor by just taking your money. I just hope we get treated that good when it comes time for service. Please give this to the owner, I feel he should know when some of his people are doing such outstanding jobs.
