I was doing some research online regarding purchasing a new Kia. That is where I met Donnie McDaniel. He was very friendly, answered all of my questions and several emails...it is because of Donnie that I went in and purchased the new Kia Optima EX. I had originally planned on going to anoter dealer but because of his help and expertise I chose Bill Bryan. When I arrived at the dealer, I was immediatey greeted by Bruce Gruff. HE was also very friendly and welcoming and asked what i was lookng for. I told him and he jumped into action! I had sen a car online and he immediately found it and took me out for a test drive! i never felt pressureed at all and he and the team gave me the deal i was looking for, Everyone I encountered was very friendly. This is my 3rd new Kia and this by far was the best car buying experience I have had by far! Thanks Donnie and Bruce More
We wanted a larger vehicle , had a small trade in . We were told that they would give us$ 6000. for our vehicle . We were there all afternoon as my credit was not to good because of medical bills . So salesman took us to look around and showed us a nice vehicle . Never did tell us the price , he was going back and forth saying he was getting the loan through. My husband ask him many times what the price was , stll he said let me work this out , I'll be back . then he said he needed $3000. We were so tired we said we could go 2 thousand , he had us wait again and the truth is we were just wore out by this time , not thinking . He said we had to see the loan person all the paper work was ready . At this point we went to his office , he had the papers ready and told me where to sign . We blame ourselves for this but we left with the car and the paper work and left the next day for vacation . When I got home I looked at all the papers ,I couldn't believe what I was looking at I owed $12, 995.00 so what I am paying for a 2005 kia Sorrento is a total of $ 2000.00 plus $6000.00 I pd down which is $20,995 for this vehicle . I know better than what I did but I am just telling you this so anyone else going to this dealership , please be aware of smooth talkers . I will pay a long time for just being tired of waiting and not aware of what was happening . I am 65 years old , I should have been more aware .. More

I wanted a larger vehicle and warranty was a big issue. Retired and on a fixed income appeared to be a negative for finding me such a vehicle. I did not think I was going to be able to purchase a vehicle at all, but Tim Lile, my sales associate and his support staff were determined to find me the right vehicle and deal. This dealership is fantastic, I can not say enough good things about Tim, J.R. (the General Manager) and J. B. (the Sales Manager) who showed me what a real TEAM effort is truly about. They made no promises, but vowed if there was such a vehicle "they" would find it and make it happen....well in about 3 days they found the RIGHT vehicle and it was perfect. Then Gayle, (Finance Manager) a seasoned professional of car financing, found the "too good to be true" financing and taking care of my trade-in. The total experience was completed with seamless ease (at least from where I was sitting).. All I can say if you want or need a new/used vehicle, don't assume it can't happen until after you let Bill Bryant's Kia Team see what they can do for you! Mr. Randy Bowser was just amazing providing the best financial solutions based on our budget and did not push any unnecessary items. I was ready to give up searching for a car. I went to Bill Bryan and it was the best decision ever!! It was by far the easiest car buying experience I've had. From our first contact with Mr Morse, he was very helpful. He showed us several vehicles that matched perfectly our description of what we were looking to buy. We explained that we had only started our search and he was very understanding and put no "pressure" on us for an immediate answer. This was unbelievable from our past car buying experiences. We left the dealership and searched elsewhere for two days. Nothing we came across compared to what we found in the 2013 Sportage or the people we came in contact with. We went back to seek Mr Morse's help again. The deal he offered us, fit our budget, our traveling needs, and made a new friend along the way. We were certainly happy with our Bill Bryan Kia experience. More
We called and got a quote for a used car to pay for with cash. Got the quote and went to the bank and got cash. Went to the dealer countered their offer $385 less and they came back to me $380.00 more the cash. Got the quote and went to the bank and got cash. Told them have a good day and took my cash off the table and went to get the wife and kids from their play area... The internet manager I think his name was Robbie came to me and asked what the problem was I told him and he said to wait a minute as he was the one who gave me the first okay on the quote over the phone... We waited and he came back $60 over the quote he approved to the guy to tell me over the phone. I told him have a nice night... He asked me if I didn't think it was a good deal and that I was going to walk over $60 dollars. I told him it is $400 more then I want to pay. He said are you trying to negotiate? I told him I was told a price on the phone and that I was countering it. He then just walked away as I was saying so yo tell people a price on the phone to get them in here and then tell them it is more??? This was a bad experience for the second time as I tried to give them a second chance. About two years ago we went to them for and advertised car with air conditioning as a feature offered at a great price and after coming down to test drive I saw that it did not have air and told them that it says it does in the ad on-line... Beware of what they say and what they offer as are all nice until you stand up and not want to be "taken for a ride" More
