When I arrived at Bill Bryan Kia, I met Donny first and he was very friendly and thanked me for coming to Bill Bryan. He then directed me to my salesman, Dale Smith. I couldn't have asked for anyone nicer or more helpful than Dale. He is a credit to Bill Bryan Kia. Then I met Gayle who took me through all the finance paperwork and got me signed up for my beautiful new Kia Forte EX. Then Dale helped me get things set up online as to my cell phone - and then showed me how to use the capabilities of various features of my new car. I would recommend Bill Bryan KIA to anyone who wants to have a great experience when buying a car. My daughter and her husband have bought 3 KIA vehicles - they still have their Sorento, bought a KIA Forte hatchback a year or so ago and just traded it for a brand new Optima and they said I should go to Bill Bryan and look at the cars. I really liked my Hyundai Sonata - but LOVE LOVE LOVE my KIA Forte EX. I also enjoyed the popcorn and soda while watching the New England Patriots trounce the Pittsburg Steelers while Dale and Gayle worked on my car deal. More

Dale has a very professional attitude and he considers what is best for the client. Dale is also very knowledgeable and informative about all of the Kia products. It was a great experience to work with a sales consultant that truly cares about the clients needs. Gayle Hebb was an absolute joy to work with in reference to completing all of the final paperwork. Salesperson was very good...very friendly and helpful; however, we were promised (by his manager) a monthly payment for a specific term but when we got with the financial person, she extended the term so however, we were promised (by his manager) a monthly payment for a specific term but when we got with the financial person, she extended the term so "we had the payment as close as possible to what was promised". We should have walked away because the deal she bulldozed over on us costs us additional interest of about $900. We love the car and we would recommend the salesperson but we will caution people about the switcheroo to get you to buy the car. More

This is the first time buying a car by myself, and from the minute Dale came over to me in the lot I felt at ease. Taking the car for a test drive gave me a feel for the car and Dale explained all of the functions I had never had in my other car. Trish helped me on the internet and when she heard I was in the showroom she came to say hello. She sat with me and we talked while Dale went around getting me just the right car and at the right price. I am a 5 foot twenty year old girl, so I look like a joke when I walk onto a car lot, but Ron made me feel like I was just as important as a Grown man with a fat check book. I laid out all of my cards and Ron met my needs at every level. Unfortunately at the time we believed that I would not be able to finance my new 2014 Kia Forte all on my own, and my co-signer was not available until Friday. When I finally returned on Friday Ron had made it his mission to do everything he could to see if I could finance all on my own, he knew how much it meant to me. As he was working that out I was in the good hands of Zach Bell, he showed me all the bells and whistles my car had to offer, and did everything in his power to assure my car buying experience was above satisfactory. At the end of my car buying process I was completely satisfied. Ron Stepp and Zach Bell are great assets to Bill Bryan Kia and I would recommend both of these gentlemen to anyone and everyone that is looking for a new or previously owned car. More
