Dale Smith met me as I drove into the car lot, and I never looked back! He made my buying experience an easy one. He worked hard to get a monthly payment I could work with in my budget. I bought a Kia Soul...in Alien II green. (my fav color). Not only did Dale Smith make it easy for me, he made it easy for my husband to sign the papers as he came by our home so my husband would not have to drive to Leesburg after he got off of work! Dale Smith is the best! He set up my phone with the blue-tooth in my Soul, what service! I cannot tell you how happy I am with my Bill Brian Kia Soul. Thank you Dale Smith, and Gayle Hebb, I will ALWAYS be a Bill Brian Kia fan from this day forward. More

Together along with my brother, we chose a vehicle just for me. I chose the Kia Soll +. Miss Dorothy took me out on a test drive, and explained all the perks, and how they functioned. She is very knowledgeable about this vehicle. and went over the entire vehicle front to back, and top to bottom., She set some of my preferences for me, and set my phone for me. I know that if I have any questions, she is or will be there for me at any time. On a scale of 1 - 10, I give Dorothy a 30. Bill Bryan Kia should be proud to have such a out standing employee working for them. More

Before actually shopping for a vehicle I got First and foremost I have a totally revised opinion of car salesmen. Thanks entirely to Bruce Ruff. Before actually shopping for a vehicle I got an approval from my credit union to give me a rough idea of where I could be at in my search. Than I went to several lots and dealerships before coming to Bill Bryan Kia and meeting Bruce Ruff. I had no problem walking away from a salesman when I was not totally happy. I was not absolutely sure what vehicle I wanted but I did have ideas of what I wanted in a vehicle. Bruce took the time to get to know ME and my expectations for a vehicle before he started showing me around. That was the number one best thing he did. The second best was that at NO time during the several hours and cars that I test drove did he EVER do a heavy sales pitch or make me feel "pushed" in any way. He showed me several different options, pointed out things that I may be able to live without that were on my list and gave me reasons that I had not thought of to look at both new and used cars. When we did finally find one that I really liked, He and Randy Bowser worked hard to make it happen in my budget and in such a way that I will be a very happy customer for years to come. i can not say enough good things about both these gentlemen.. If I had to choose something to say it would be three things: 1. I am now a walking advertiser for Bill Bryan Kia 2. I met two men in the car business that have revamped my opinion of the ordeal of buying a car can be. 3. If ever in the future I decide to buy another car, I will be on their doorstep FIRST. More

Upon first arriving at the dealership Ron greeted us and showed us the Optimas available. After several test drives I was able to narrow down the exact car I wanted and Ron even allowed me to keep the car overnight so I could comeback the next day to finish off the paperwork to buy my new car. Ron along with everyone else at Bill Bryan Kia was upfront about everything and made sure that I got a great deal and was treated fairly and respectfully in the process.
