Tim treated us as intelligent people and with respect. He made a point to understand our purpose and needs in a car vs just trying to sell us the most expensive car on the lot, and then answered all our questions. I had an opportunity to work with service a couple of days later to add the Diamond Finish found the people to be courteous and helpful. Also kudos to Eddie Pereira who showed us options in services that were of value to us and didn't try to sell us "stuff" we didn't need. I have always been a Kia fan, but after visiting a few other Kia dealerhsips over a few weeks I started to get discouraged and went elswhere. I happened to be in the area this time so I figured I'd give it one more shot. I am SO happy that I decided to. The manager and financing dept were also very nice and easy to get along with.
